The Governor and Chairperson of the Provincial Rural Development Committee of Battambang Province presented a letter of appreciation in recognition of the valued assistance and cooperation provided by the ACED director and colleagues in supporting the Seila Program. Moreover the letter acknowledged  ACED’s role in supporting ExCom in the implementation of the Decentralization and Deconcentration System to support Commune Councils from 2002-2005 in Battambang Province.
